How long will it take for my order to ship?
Once full payment has been received, items will ship within 2-4 business days if in stock and no personalisation required. If you require a personal message on your item it will take an additional business day. You will receive an email notification with the tracking number of your parcel once the order has been shipped.

How quickly will my order arrive?
Delivery usually takes 5 to 7 business days from shipment date to arrive.

Do you accept international orders?
Not currently.

What is your returns policy?
We want you to love our products as much as we do. That is why we offer our customers a no worries refund service. If you are not entirely satisfied with the goods purchased, for whatever reason, you can return the goods to us for a refund or exchange ~ your choice! All we ask is that you inform us by email within 5 days of receiving the item and return the goods within 10 working days from the date you originally received them.
