PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices on the Cygnet CNC Designs website are quoted in Australian Dollars ($AUD), and are subject to change without notice. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order placed at the incorrect price. We offer free shipping Australia wide with Sendle.

Secure Payments With Paypal
Cygnet CNC Designs accepts secure payment via Paypal. We also accept Visa or MasterCard payments. Credit card purchases are handled via the Paypal payment system to ensure safe and secure payment. PayPal helps protect your credit card information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. Please note – you are NOT required to have or create a Paypal account to pay with credit card. Cygnet CNC Designs does not store your credit card details.

Orders are shipped after payment is received in full. Please refer to PayPal for their terms and conditions.

SHIPPING
Our workshop is based in the Huon Valley, Tasmania, Australia. We take great care to send the products to you as safely and quickly as possible. We offer free shipping Australia wide.

Once full payment has been received for your order, items will ship within 2~5 business days. All domestic orders are sent with Sendle. To ensure safe delivery, all orders have a tracking number and may require a signature on delivery. You will receive a notification by email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Delivery usually takes 5-7 business days from shipment date to arrive.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We currently to not offer international shipping.

DELIVERY
Please ensure that the delivery details entered during checkout are correct. We can not be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided to us by you. Shipping charges will apply for orders that have to be re-sent due to incorrect details provided to us.

Delivery date estimates are given upon checkout and are good faith estimates only. Cygnet CNC Designs reserves the right to withhold delivery to any particular place or location at our sole discretion. We reserve the right not to sell to any prospective customer at our sole discretion.
